All of the girls have finally ordered their dresses!! They are very gorgeous dresses and I am impressed with the designers. Half of the girls will be wearing Kelley(Green) and the other half will be in Tangerine. The girls all have completely different style dresses and they look great. I chose David’s Bridal for its convenience, array of colors, and great customer service. What we ended up with was Confusion, miscommunication, and irresponsibility. 10 girls had met me at the David’s Bridal in Westminster in October. The girls there were helpful and all of my bridesmaids picked out dresses to their likings and put them into a “wish list” which was saved into the computer. When the girls went back the dresses were not saved in the right order and most of the dress styles were discontinued??? My cousin drove in from Kansas and when she went to order the dress over the phone they lost the size and style she had chosen. They also informed the girls wearing tangerine that the color would be discontinued in January. So five of them, around Christmas time, worked hard to get their dresses bought by January. January rolls around the corner and I call the store to see if it was discontinued and their response, “this color was not supposed to be discontinued?” My mother just booked an appointment to have my sister try on a dress and they called my mother to confirm her appointment on Saturday. My mother called back on Monday and they told her she was not in the computer to come in for a fitting??? It has been one thing after another. My advice, go to a small boutique to get your bridesmaid dresses! I have always dealt with small boutiques for 4 weddings I have been in and its always been a breeze!! Although my experience was bad the dresses look AMAZING!!
