Jeremiah is the perfect fiance. He says everything supportive guys are supposed to, calls caterers, looks at flower arrangements, and runs all the errands I can’t during my 8-4 job. But in this whole wonderful wedding hoopla, something very important has been missing — his opinion.
A very wise wedding pro (and close family member!) suggested we each make our own lists of the non-negotiables when it came to our wedding day. She also added that we should include a section of items that are secondary: the things that “would be nice”, but aren’t essential. The lists that will follow were done completely separately, and have really helped us realize that while we are on the same page in some areas, we also have some pretty gaps in our priorities and a few quirky requests.
Below is my list, and soon following (hopefully) will be Jeremiah’s first post with his list. Hopefully we’ll all get a little help with the groom’s perspective!
